'My Beauty Lifesaver'

It’s got to be Dry Shampoo. I use Batiste as they all smell amazing and they do a 400ml bottle which looks huge but dry shampoo is such a saviour so I always end up using it. It can completely transform my hair to looking and smelling great. I also love to use dry shampoo if I’m doing an up-do with my hair as it creates such volume. Simply spray it at the roots, give it a rub and don’t brush through. Get a brush and gently smooth over the top layer of hair as you put it back and the dry shampoo works like back-brushing but way better for your hair. A definite must have product of mine.

I am in love with my face wipes by Neutrogena. I use the Hydro boost cleanser facial wipes that are dermatologist tested and work so well for my skin. I always thought my skin was ‘combination skin’, meaning dry with an oily t-zone. However when having my skin looked at, it seems I actually have dehydrated skin, meaning that my skin craves moisture and my oily t-zone is my skin trying to create its own moisture.

I came across Neurtrogena’s hydro boost range and since then I have never looked back. These facial wipes are packed with moisturization and get all my make up off in one wipe. They also give my skin the moisturization it needs. I use one wipe every evening before bed, regardless if I’ve been wearing makeup or not, as our skin picks up dirt throughout the day without makeup on and my skin feels so much better for it.

'Anastasia Beverley Hills'

' Dipbrow Pomade'

I’d have to say my next beauty product is one that I never avoid when putting my make up on. Even if I’m just doing a quick every day make up look, I will always incorporate this product even if it’s just a little less of it. The product I’m referring to is ‘Anastasia Beverley Hills Dipbrow Pomade’. This product completely re-invented how I did my eyebrows. My eyebrows have always been a challenge. One I’m sure we’ve all been through. I went through several changes with my brows, from plucking them all off, growing them all back and the horrors in-between. I can now say this product has completely revamped how I do my eyebrows.

I apply it with the ‘Anastasia Beverly Hills Dual-Ended Firm Detail Brush’, one end for application and the other a brush to smooth your eyebrows through. The brush itself is fantastic in applying the product in soft smooth lines, making your brows look natural. That’s what I love about this product, it looks natural, it’s long lasting and has never smudged. It’s a build-able matte product, meaning you can apply as much or as little as you like and still look flawless. I have yet to find a better product for my eyebrows and wow does it last. I have used the same small tub for 2 years. For £18 it’s such a bargain for how long it lasts and the quality of look.

My fourth Beauty product I can’t live without would have to be my ‘Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara’. I purchased this mascara when we were in America and it is by far the best mascara I have used. It gives my lashes extra length and thickness but I also love how long it lasts and it doesn’t smudge at all.

I mean seriously, I wore this make up all day at Disneyland and Universal Studios Hollywood and it stayed in place. It is also super easy to get off, meaning it doesn’t take a lot of product. This is why this mascara simply has to make it to my top 5. I also feel whenever a girl applies mascara, whether they have a full face of make up or not, mascara makes the eyes look bigger which is a definite plus to any look.

Even though our team didn't win the game, we wouldn't take back our weekend to Liverpool, it was the best weekend we'd shared in a long time, full of love and laughter. Spending quality time with my best friend is how I want every day to be, and hopefully soon it will be. Work hard, play hard.

And last but not least, it’s got to go to Lip Balm. I cannot live without lip balm. I don’t know what it is. I feel it’s my safety blanket when it comes to must haves. Like, I know I’ll be ok going out for the day if I’ve packed my lip balm. Silly I know but anyone else have the same feeling? Lip care is so important and something that we shouldn’t ignore. I have a lot of different lip balms that I use, mostly because I have one in each handbag, one in each coat pocket, one in the car and one by my bed! And that’s not even a joke! But I would have to say my favourite lip balm I’m using at the moment would be ‘Nivea Red’. It smells and tastes amazing and it has a slight red tint to it, which I love as part of my every day make up look. I would definitely recommend if you have a craze with lip balms like me!
